Good morning:) Haven’t done journalling in the morning for a while. Today I want to do it in the morning because my mind is fresh and sharp. But what should today’s theme be?

Let’s start by setting a mantra for myself.

Today’s mantra: Stay focus on my goals- FEEL and GIVE A DAMN.

I still don’t feel 100% about my physique- double chin is still visible; when I pinch my back I can still grab my flesh; arms are still looking flabby. BUT, but, I MUST NOT GIVE UP. I DO NOT WANT TO GO BACK TO THE WAY HOW I WAS LIVING MY LIFE. I want to feel good, I want to look good. Pay attention Claire, this is where you’re stuck. Feel the fullness in your stomach, DON’T OVEREAT. Heal this, you can have it all.

Reading has to be incorporated in my daily routine so I don’t lose touch with my intentions and purposes, so that I can keep reminding myself why am I making all these changes. I promise to read for at least 10 minutes today!

That’s it for today:) Off to a good start.
