I’m eating round-the-clock or my thoughts are consumed by food all the time because there is a void in my life. I feel empty and not being heard. It feels like as if I don’t exist on this planet. What am I here for? What do I like to do? What is my passion? What are my strength and skill? What can I contribute to my community?
Stuffing, as they call it. I stuff myself with food to avoid the uncomfortable experience of pain and fear and loneliness.
Sit with the void, talk to yourself and explore. What have you not allowed yourself to feel? What have I been neglecting? Pay attention, do self-study.
